Leadership
Joseph Landsberg, Founder & CEO
Mr. Landsberg is the Founder & CEO of JL Commercial. He is responsible for loan origination, capital placement and senior management.
Mr. Landsberg founded his own company after a lifetime of senior management positions within the real estate financing world spanning 11+ years.
In previous prositions, Joseph served as Managing Director at TKG Commercial (The Karp Group) & BDIM where he served as the Managing Director for their Capital division. He has also held roles at Franklin Street where he served as a Senior Director to their SFL division, CBRE where he served as Vice President for the Boca Raton Debt & Structured Finance Team, Marcus & Millichap’s Capital Corporation as an Associate Director and Meridian Capital as Vice President.
Originally from London, UK, Mr. Landsberg holds a first-class honors B.A in Business Management from Middlesex University of London and is a licensed Mortgage Broker through the NMLS.
